Founded by Neil Ward, DoorCall began as a small, local venture and has grown into a trusted name across the North West and further afield.
Neil began his career in the construction industry as an apprentice joiner in 1976, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of building and property services. Neil first set up on his own in 1983, founding Neil Ward Joiners and Builders. Neil began specialising and focusing more on door-related services and ultimately started Cheadle Doors in 1992. Over time, his expertise naturally gravitated toward locks, windows, and doors, areas where he consistently stood out for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills. As demand for his knowledge grew, this specialisation evolved into a dedicated service, and ultimately, into what is now DoorCall.
We cover both domestic and commercial properties and are a local support function to estate agents, landlords and property companies.
